2. Service Description

Skooly provides the following services:

• Directory of educational institutions in Bolivia
• Search and filter tools by location and educational level
• Comparison of educational institutions
• Contact information and institution profiles
• Administration panel for registered institutions
• Institution verification system
• AI assistant for communication between institutions and families via WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram
• Lead management and CRM integrated with messaging platforms
• Marketing campaigns and announcements via messaging platforms
• AI-powered comment moderation on Facebook and Instagram

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain Skooly features, you must create an account with accurate information.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account.

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an institutional account.

4. Terms for Institutions

4.1 Institution Registration

Educational institutions must provide accurate information about their services and programs.

4.2 Verification Process

Skooly reserves the right to verify the information provided by institutions.

4.3 Published Content

Institutions are responsible for the content they publish.

Messaging Services

4.4 Platform Integrations

Institutions can connect their WhatsApp Business number, Facebook Page, and Instagram account through Skooly to communicate with parents and students. Skooly acts as a technology provider facilitating these integrations through Meta's WhatsApp Business API, Messenger Platform, and Instagram Messaging API.

4.5 AI-Powered Responses

Skooly uses artificial intelligence to help institutions respond to messages from parents and students. AI responses are generated based on knowledge provided by the institution (programs, schedules, pricing, requirements). Institutions are responsible for the accuracy of the knowledge they provide. Institutions can take over conversations from the AI at any time and are ultimately responsible for the content communicated through the platform.

4.6 Messaging Responsibilities

Institutions must comply with Meta's messaging policies for WhatsApp Business, Messenger, and Instagram, including obtaining appropriate consent from recipients. Institutions must not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates Meta's policies.

4.7 Messaging Data

Conversation data across all messaging platforms is stored securely and is accessible only to the corresponding institution. Skooly processes message content through AI systems to provide the service but does not share this data with third parties.

5. Prohibited Use

By using Skooly, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Interfere with the normal operation of the platform
• Collect information from other users without consent
• Post offensive or discriminatory content
• Use automated systems to access the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All Skooly content is owned by Skooly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Institutions retain ownership of their original content but grant Skooly a license to display it.

7. Limitation of Liability

Skooly acts solely as an intermediary between families and educational institutions.

In no event shall Skooly be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Modifications

Skooly reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

9. Termination

Skooly may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
